Takoyaki is known as "octopus balls" in English, is created of a batter infused w/ (dry kelp and fish flakes) & filled w/ chopped octopus, tempura, ginger, & onion. Sanshimai takoyaki started on February 16 2021 simple dream with our 3 children. Sanshimai means SAN is 3,😅 SHIMAI is sister.🥰 So far we don't have a physical store to visit. Thru Online and since pandemic yet
