Working hard is okay, but it's a different story when you start ignoring your body and your mental health.
Make sure to give yourself time to refresh and energize at least once a month. But you can also try to do these simple things every day:
๐๐ฟ Even a simple walk in the morning or in the afternoon just to breathe out would really help you big time.
๐๐ฟ Drink lots of water.
๐๐ฟ Try the Pomodoro Technique. Use a timer to ensure that you take breaks throughout your time in front of the computer screen.
๐๐ฟ End your day with a glass of your favorite red wine - or milk (whichever works for you best) ๐คฃ
