PROCESSING TIME** from the day of receiving your request and its contents
1.) 2-3 days
- if its only 1 picture/word phrase/name.
- 1 format of picture/word phrase/name for 20 pieces of mugs (if the requested mug is available).
2.) 1-2 weeks
- 1 format of picture/word phrase/name for 20+ (plus) pieces of mugs (if the requested mug is available).
- multiple formats of picture/word phrase/name (for 50-200pcs).
3.) 3 weeks or more
- items more than 200 pieces and with multiple formats of picture/word phrase/name.

** processing time will be subject to change (depending on the number of customers and the amount of workload schedules and availability of supplies)

1.) please inquire and request atleast 1wk before the actual time the product is needed to be delivered, so that we could place ur request on our schedule logs.
2.) we do DELIVERY if the place is within Quezon City and MEET-UPs if its within Metro Manila.
