Why would you want to work for someone who does not appreciate your talents, hard-work or loyalty?

I worked for a company for 3 years and only got two interviews for internal jobs, I applied for. I never got promoted even though I was acting in the position.

So basically, indexing content is not that hard in Google. Google provides us with a number of tools. The simplest and fastest is probably the URL Inspection tool. Read on -

One of my employees RESIGNED. She left to start her own business. I was disappointed to see her go, but I let her know how happy I was for her.

From the time an employee resigns, some bosses immediately start treating them like traitors and can't wait to march them out the door. This should not be the case. Don't give them the cold shoulder.

When an employee resigns:
1. Thank them for their contribution.
2. Wish them the best.
3. Keep treating them with respect.
4. Let them know you are here, if they need anything.
5. Be genuinely happy for them.

Employees do not owe you their whole lives or their dreams.

As a leader give your employees wings to fly.

I lost one of my managers a couple of years ago and I can’t seem to forget him or the legacy he left behind. He was one of my earliest examples of true leadership.
