We are looking for a professional Sales Development Representative Manager (SDR-M) to join our team. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing and leading our team of Sales Development Representatives. Your primary objective will be to ensure that the team is meeting its goals by prospecting, cold calling, and generating sales leads.

The successful candidates must have the following qualifications:

A strong background in sales, including experience in prospecting, and cold calling. Ideally, have experience working as an SDR yourself, to provide guidance and coaching to the team based on your own experiences.

Experience in managing a team of SDRs. This includes managing workflow, prioritizing tasks, and providing guidance and coaching to help the team achieve its goals.

Excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with other teams, such as marketing and sales, to develop and implement sales strategies. You will also need to communicate effectively with your team to give feedback and coaching.

Should be able to analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. This includes understanding key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue targets.

Familiarity with sales enablement tools such as S Office, G suite, Zoom, and ZOHO CRM is required. You should also have experience with sales automation and other sales-related technologies.

Have the ability to lead and motivate your team, set clear goals and expectations, and provide feedback and coaching to help team members grow and develop.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Eastwood City with a shifting schedule from Monday to Friday.

We are currently seeking a professional Sales Development Representative to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Generating marketing-qualified leads through various methods
Qualifying leads and processing them as new opportunities in our CRM system
Passing qualified leads to the sales team
Conducting cold calls and appointment setting
Navigating CRM to update records and track progress
Conveying summarized key findings from phone conversations to refine sales communications
Performing other duties as assigned

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Eastwood City with a shifting schedule from Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2 years of sales, lead generation, and appointment-setting experience
Ability to perform at least 60 calls and 60 emails per day and set 12 appointments per week
Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English
Proven sales and negotiation skills
Assertive and resourceful in finding new approaches to reach potential customers
Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn marketing systems and tools
General knowledge of MS Office, G suite, Zoom, and Zoho CRM is a plus

The ideal candidate must be great with building and maintaining client relationships, able to work independently, and have a strong drive to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
