Faithful Minds Corporation (FMC) is a virtual assistance company dedicated to providing exceptional support services to businesses .We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
Responsibilities:
**Conduct the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
**Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, processing paperwork, and setting up employee profiles.
**Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
**Assist with employee relations activities, including resolving employee concerns and conflicts, conducting exit interviews, and administering disciplinary actions as needed.
**Support HR administration tasks, such as processing payroll, benefits administration, and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
**Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, performance management, and training and development activities.
**Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
**Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
**1-3 years of experience in human resources or related roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
**Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, Monday.com).
**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with employees.
**Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
**Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
