Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) officers, club officers, and School Parent-Teacher Association (SPTA) officers formally took their oath during the Oathtaking Ceremony held on July 17, 2026 at the Melchora Aquino High School (MAHS) Multi-Purpose Court.
Hon. Congresswoman Marivic Co-Pilar of the Sixth District graced the ceremony, extending her greetings to the school administrators, SSLG officers, club presidents, and SPTA and HRPTA officers.
In her message, she emphasized that leadership is a shared responsibility, quoting the saying, "It takes a village to raise a child," and reminding the officers that the growth and success of every learner depend on the collective support, guidance, and commitment of the entire school community.
Moreover, Barangay Captain Marlou C. Ulanday introduced the inductees and reminded them that leadership is rooted in service, integrity, and accountability.
He encouraged the elected officers to remain committed to serving the school community with dedication and responsibility.
Meanwhile, SK Chairman Julles Apo urged the student leaders to become responsible role models and work together in promoting meaningful leadership.
The event gathered school administrators, SSLG officers, club presidents, SPTA officers, HRPTA representatives, parents, and guests in support of the newly elected leaders.
The ceremony concluded with the official induction of the newly elected officers, marking the beginning of their leadership journey and reaffirming their commitment to lead with integrity, inspire their fellow learners, and serve MAHS throughout the academic year.
