Spearheaded by ๐๐ป๐๐๐ถ๐๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ต๐ถ๐ฑ ๐ . ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐บ, the handbook consolidates all existing policies on research and publication within the Main Campus, providing a unified and comprehensive guide for faculty members, researchers, and students.
The handbook underwent thorough review and endorsement by the University Research, Extension, and Development Council (UREDC) and the MSU System Research and Extension Planning Committee (REPC). It was subsequently approved by the ๐ ๐ฆ๐จ ๐๐ผ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ด๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ during its 274th Meeting on March 31, 2026, held at the Commission on Higher Education, Diliman, Quezon City, through ๐๐ข๐ฅ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ผ๐น๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ก๐ผ. ๐ฒ๐ด, ๐. ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ.
