Keilah’s 4th Quarter, Grade 6 Assessment in Living Pupil Homeschool (Filipino, Araling Panlipunan, and Music)

Our 4th quarter was shorter on the school calendar this school year so here’s Keilah singing “Pilipinas Kong Mahal” to cover 3 subjects’ assessment.

Keilah’s 3rd Quarter, Grade 6 Science Assessment in Living Pupil Homeschool was a trip to the 海遊館　OSAKA AQUARIUM KAIYUKAN (JAPAN) where her Marine Biology lessons for this school year came alive! 😍

It was so wonderful to watch her explore and identify the creatures she had only ever read about until that day.

We give thanks to God for that blessing. 🙏🏽

Keilah’s 3rd Quarter, Grade 6 Math Assessment in Living Pupil Homeschool is about understanding how to solve "Story Problems" (commonly known as "Problem Solving").

For Keilah’s 3rd Quarter, Grade 6 Filipino Assessment in Living Pupil Homeschool she made comics to illustrate how to apologize in Tagalog.

What impressed me most was her understanding of the Filipino context and being able to convey it accurately and creatively.

Keilah’s 3rd Quarter, Grade 6 Araling Panlipunan Assessment in Living Pupil Homeschool is an oral narration of three regional products of the Philippines: coconut, cotton, and abaca.

On a personal note, this is her best narration this quarter. She organized her thoughts very well and kept the flow interesting. So proud of her growth.

Keilah's 2nd Quarter, Grade 6 Music Assessment in Living Pupil Homeschool is a continuation of her Composer Study on Frederic Chopin.

She learned about the latter years of his life until his death, from Opal Wheeler's Great Musician's Series.

Keilah also did additional research on some things she found interesting.
