May certificate ka na pwedeng ipang-flash sa clients! Hindi man ito guarantee ng trabaho, pero dagdag pogi points siya sa portfolio mo.

⏰ Time Commitment
Kahit short course siya, kailangan pa rin ng oras, focus, at consistency. Hindi siya magic na after 3 days, ready ka na agad maging $10/hour VA.

⚠️ Quality May Vary
Hindi porket may course, effective na agad. Maraming pa-hype lang, pero kulang sa substance. Kaya research first bago swipe ng card!

📝 So, Kailangan ba Talaga?
Hindi siya required, pero highly recommended.

Starting Your VA Journey? Here’s Why Agencies Are Your Best Bet!

Kung gusto mo magtransition from corpo to freelancer, it is safer and faster na mag apply ka sa VA Agencies. Bakit?

1. Meron silang onboarding training, SOPs, at mentoring. Hindi ka na haharap sa client na irerefer sau na clueless ka. May mentor na mag-guide at magtuturo sa CRM tools, paano makipagcommunicate sa client, at marami pang iba.

2. Less pressure ka sa paghandle ng client dahil may project manager na gagawa nyan para sau.

3. Possible na ma-expose ka sa iba't ibang tasks. Since baguhan ka sa VA world pwede ka nila itrain sa iba't ibang niche until malaman mo kung saan ka ba mag-eexcel na niche.

4. Automatic na kasama ka at hindi ka mag-iisa sa journey mo. Hindi ka magkakaron ng culture shock.

5. Usually steady ang income, though, hindi man sya kalakihan compare sa direct hire. Hindi mo din kailangan maghanap ng client dahil sila ang magbibigay sau.

PERO LAHAT AY MAY CONS...
1. Lower ang rate sa VA agency compare sa direct hire.
2. May middleman ka, meaning, may share na nakukuha ang agency sa sahod mo.
3. Hindi lahat ng sumusulpot na agency ay legit. Kaya kailangan mo suriin mabuti bago ka magdecide na mag-apply sa kanila.

CONCLUSION
Kung zero experience ka, gusto mong matuto habang may kita, at okay lang muna ang maliit na rate—agency is the best place to start.

BAKIT NGA BA MAHIRAP NA MAGHANAP NG VA/WFH JOBS NGAYON?

1. Saturated ang market - Dati kasi konti pa lang may alam sa ganitong trabaho pero mula nong nalaman ito during pandemic ay marami na ang natutunan ang industry.

2. Mas mataas na ang expectation ng clients - Kung dati sapat na ang skills na marunong ka sa basic English at MS Office pero ngayon dapat may alam ka sa Canva, CRM tools, Automation, at maraming pang tools na ginagamit ng maraming client.

3. Hindi lang Pilipinas ang nag-ooffer ng VA services - May mga clients na kumukuha ng ng mas murang VA sa ibang bansa gaya ng India, Bangladesh, at Pakistan.

4. Nagiging mas matalino na ang clients sa paghire ng VA nila - Hindi na enough ngayon ang ipagmalaki ang years of experience mo. Dapat meron kang portfolio, recorded interview, trial tasks, at attitude and communication skill test.

ANO DAPAT ANG GAWIN?
1. Kung may gig o client ka ngayon, learn to work with with your client/s. Iparamdam mo sa kanila na andyan ka para tulungan sila mapadali ang pagiging owner nila.
2. Mag-Upskill ka, pag aralan mo ang iba't ibang tools na pwede mo magamit bilang isang VA.
3. Dapat magbuild ka ng strong online presence. Gumawa ka ng LinkedIn, portfolio website, and encourage your clients to give a testimonials sa mga nagawa mo sa kanila.
4. Hindi na pwede ngayon ang APPLY AKO, mas maigi na i-PITCH mo kung bakit ikaw ang kunin nila. Huwag magdepend sa Chatgpt para cover letters mo.
5. Dapat maging visible ko. Sumali ka sa mga community ng mga kapwa VA. Network ba!

FINAL THOUGHT!
Kung hindi ka makahanap ng trabaho ngayon, huwag mo isipin na may kulang sau or failure ka. Sadyang nagbago lang ang laro sa VA industry kaya marunong ka dapat maging player.
