I mentioned last time to have at least 1500 words of blog post for readers to stay long enough on your website or page to increase the probability of ranking on search engines.

But what are the other ways to make your readers stay longer on your blog post? (That will definitely help increase the SEO ranking of your blog post! ๐Ÿ˜œ)

1. ๐ƒ๐ˆ๐•๐ˆ๐ƒ๐„ ๐˜๐Ž๐”๐‘ ๐๐‹๐Ž๐† ๐๐Ž๐’๐“๐’ ๐ˆ๐๐“๐Ž ๐’๐‡๐Ž๐‘๐“ ๐๐€๐‘๐€๐†๐‘๐€๐๐‡๐’
Each paragraph should have a maximum of 4 lines and 20 words per sentence. The reason behind this is because it makes each paragraph readable.

I once had some clients who required me to write for 300-500 words only. They say they want it to be short and direct to the point because readers will not read all of them.

But the point in SEO is that readers should stay on the page or their website for more minutes. GOOGLE KNOWS THAT THE CONTENT IS VALUABLE FOR READERS IF THEY STAY ON THE PAGE LONG ENOUGH.

It might think that โ€œHEY, PEOPLE ARE READING THIS TYPE OF CONTENT FOR MORE MINUTES, MAYBE THE CONTENT IS RELEVANT FOR THEM!" And with that, Google ranks it more in their search engine.

SEO experts would usually recommend at least 1500 words because you can ADD MORE KEYWORDS to that blog post.

The longer the blog post, the more you can add keywords to it. You might even accidentally add keywords that are not based on your keyword research.

Some keywords would rank because people later on search for them on the search engine. It would help to have more words because you might even rank for words that you did not intentionally rank for.

PEOPLE ALSO TEND TO SKIM WHEN READING A BLOG POST UNTIL THEY FOUND WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR. If words are too short, readers might find the information that they need quickly and this might send a signal to Google that your content is not relevant.

Worse, if the content is too short, the information that researchers need is not available in the blog post. They will just return to the search engine page to look for other sources instead, right?

Another good thing about LONG-FORM BLOG POSTS is that since they give more valuable content, this kind of blog post may LIKELY BE SHARED TO DIFFERENT PLATFORMS, which can potentially ADD TO YOUR RANKING IN GOOGLE.

Most adults need between 7 and 9 hours of sleep a night to feel refreshed, although women who are pregnant may need more and older adults may average less.

Sleep problems that affect women more or differently from men which include Insomnia, Restless Leg Syndrome, Sleep Apnea, and for moms who just gave birth, they experience Postpartum Depression (PPD).

And these sleep problems may be due to women experiencing hormonal changes during certain times and events that are unique to women. These include Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) or Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), Pregnancy, Postpartum, and Perimenopause.

As mentioned in the last post, here is the detailed reason why you need to handle stress and how to do it.

Stress is how your body reacts to certain situations, such as sudden danger or a long-lasting challenge. During stressful events, your body releases chemicals called hormones, such as adrenaline. Adrenaline gives you a burst of energy that helps you cope and respond to stress.

However, long-term stress can have serious effects on your health. Likewise, women react differently than men do. Women who are stressed are more likely than men who are stressed to experience depression and anxiety. Experts do not fully know the reason for the differences, but it may be related to how menโ€™s and womenโ€™s bodies process stress hormones. Long-term stress especially is more likely to cause problems with moods and anxiety in women.
