Brat Concept is a fresh and bold publishing company aiming for high standards in communication arts through print media. We indulge our mind, heart and eyes in visual arts and significant literature. We understand that the power to send a message begins with the manner the message is sent. And so we channel our minds and hearts into the heart of our group, Brat Mega Design, an architectural design
magazine. The Flagship
We strongly believe in architecture and engineering's power to change the landscape and culture of a nation. While the country basks in singular successes of personalities, champs and celebrity highs but sulks in the absence of ground-breaking change, we redefine the standards of bringing change into the people and introducing fresh faces. It is in these young talents where we find the next generation of industry shakers whose passion and faith can move an entire nation and perhaps the world. Thus, Brat Mega Design focuses on designs unconventional to the local scene as well as architects, engineers, and designers whose work and name have yet to reach mainstream knowledge. We intend to push the silent yet fiercely talented and dedicated professionals into the limelight to shine and shed a strong light amongst all that we are capable of reaching. The Unit
Brat Concept is quite a diverse unit of artists, writers, architects, engineers and marketing professionals. We are a unit that believes in progress as a collective effort. The mind of one unit is a diverse set of several minds whose differences in beliefs and experiences are advantages to success. We have a mindset of collaboration where each one has a voice and each one has a place valuable to the unit. The History
It started from a dream, a desire to build like the great architects and engineers of history. While the world dreams of building efficiently, our nation is yet to raise the bar for Philippine Architecture despite efforts from the big and legendary names of the industry. The vision lies within the very streets where we all grew up in, in the very homes that molded our minds. In June 2011, this vision was realized page by page through the belief that young minds can affect Philippine Architecture and the people we build for.
