Rumba’s New Dishes Celebrates Spanish Heritage, Warmth and Hospitality

Celebrating soulful Spanish-Mediterranean cuisine, Rumba recently unveiled new dishes designed for shared moments amidst the restaurant’s warm hospitality where guests can dine in comfort and ease.

Let Castilian heritage come to life with the Carne addition. Rumba serves Spain’s iconic Iberico as a well- marbled Pork Chop, grilled and finished with house-made chimichurri for a bright, complementary note to the distinct, rich and tender meat.
The new item joins a spread of Rumba’s core dishes with Spanish flavors and Meditterranean flair.
