📌There are several tools you can use, but from my own experience, these tools are beginner-friendly.
1. Toggl Track
This offers online time tracking and reporting services through its website along with mobile and desktop applications. Toggl Track tracks time blocks optionally labeled with a task, a project, and tags.
2. Canva
This graphic design platform is my personal favorite, you can create social media graphics, presentations, posters, documents, and other visual content, and also use the app templates.
3. Lastpass
As virtual assistants we are going to handle different accounts and I know, we can't memorize all those emails and passwords. So this app is a password manager that stores encrypted passwords online.
4. Trello
We need to organize our thoughts and what tasks are we going to do first, and this app will help you with your list. You can also customize it!
5. Google Calendar
Of course, we need to set our calendar! Let's keep track of all upcoming meetings, deadlines, and timelines!
6. Grammarly
If you are not confident in your letters or caption, try this app. This is a typing assistant that reviews spelling, grammar, punctuation, clarity, engagement, and delivery mistakes. It uses AI to identify and search for an appropriate replacement for the error it locates.
