Maraming hindi nakakaalam na malinaw ang batas tungkol dito. Hindi lang ito usapin ng moral na obligasyon—karapatan ito ng bata.

✅ 1. Child Support Case (Family Court)
Kapag hindi nagbibigay ng sustento, puwedeng magsampa ng kaso sa Family Court.
• Maaaring maglabas ang korte ng “support order.”
• Kapag binalewala ang utos ng korte, puwede siyang ma-contempt.

✅ 2. RA 9262 – Economic Abuse
Kung sinasadya ang hindi pagbibigay ng suporta para pahirapan ang nanay o ang anak, pasok ito sa “economic abuse.”
