Romblon State University - Romblon Campus has passed its Stage 2 ISO 9001 version 2015 audit

ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) is the universal, most prominent quality management standard. It grants quality management framework that institutions can utilize to be certain that they are providing quality service to the public.

Achievement of this is a great milestone for the institution. All thanks to the effectual leadership of Dr. Ruel Virgil Adriguez, to the diligence of the Office Documented Information Management Officer (ODIMO) Mrs. Joy Mariz Mindoro-Mesana, and to the assistance and effort of all the Chairpersons, Office Heads, Faculty, Students, and Staff.

Truly, teamwork makes the dream work.

Paul Mendez is a fourth-year English Major student in RSU RC. For the month of September, he exhibited willingness, effort and sacrifices in assisting the Head Coordinator in establishing the foremost Office of the Media & Public Affairs of RSU-Romblon Campus mainly consisted by the students. Paul created the page of the Office and helped in deciding its official name. He also designed and publish the profiles of the Staffers in social media. He is the one who publishes articles and posts in the OMPA FB Page.

Truly, Paul is an epitome of an effectual staffer. More power to you Paul!

Paul Watson, an environmental activist, have said: "We live in a media culture and whoever controls, influences, and uses media the best has the power for change."

And change will soon come as the Office of Media and Public Affairs is more than ready to fulfil its duty.

The OMPA is responsible for designing media-based promotional presentations or printed ads for the Campus. It will handle technical and logistic media requirements and perform other related functions assigned by the Director.

At this time of pandemic where flow of communication is hindered, they will serve to lift the barriers!
