Unica Hija Island Resort Rules:
1. Check-in and check-out policies:
Unica Hija Island Resort has specific check-in and check-out time applicable to all guests ( 1:00pm to 12 noon of the following day) to properly accommodate new guest arrivals. Please be considerate.
2. UHIR shall be entitled to refuse a guest entry or accommodation or to require a guest to leave the premises if unreasonable behaviour is displayed, be it threatening or abusive, causing disturbance to the owner, staff, other guests or any other unacceptable behaviour
3. Respectful Conduct:
This is an island resort with very limited amenities. Guests are expected to avoid disruptive behavior, complaints, fighting or engaging in verbal complaints against the owner or caretaker, or being under the influence of alcohol and disrupting the peace of other guests.
4. We require our guests to observe silence between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
5. The power system in the island will be switched off from 12 midnight until 8am. However, a generator will be available to temporarily supply electricity excluding the use of airconditioning units.
6. Swimming is at your own risk.
7. Don't expect a 5-star rest room design, remember, you're in an island.
8.Bawal dito ang maarte! Our cottages are built by following the rules and guidelines of the Indigenous People residing in this island.
9. Enjoy your stay and experience a memorable island escapade.
