How much do we charge?
Even as a small company, we try to be competitive with our pricing, and is in line with ongoing rate within our region. Prices may vary from case to case bases; e.g. how big is the job order, the type of materials required to meet specific requests and how complicated the tasks. For enquiries and to get a quote, please PM or send us a text.
How long can we expect for the order?
It depends on the volume of job order. We take pride in our ability to meet our clients’ needs in a timely manner. When you book a job order, you would be provided with an estimated ‘date of completion’. Please inform us beforehand if the items you requested are urgently needed.
What are the requirements for receipts (recebo) and invoice?
Official receipt is a document which records the payment of sale of goods or services. Sales Invoice is used if you are selling goods or properties.
Receipt must include:
- Your company's details including name, address, phone number and/or email address
- The date of transaction showing date, month and year
- A list of products or services showing a brief description of the product and quantity sold.
Invoice must include:
- A unique invoice number – this can be included in the ready-made form
- Your company name and address
- The name/company name and address of the customer
- A description of the goods/services
- The date of supply or services provided
- The date of the invoice
- The amount of the individual goods or services to be paid
