Meet Jayr Eredera, one of Thortech Printads & Sportswear’s dedicated Senior Tailors and, above all, a hardworking father whose greatest motivation is his family.

Jayr started his journey as a Utility Staff. Through patience, determination, grit, and the willingness to learn, he took on different responsibilities and continued improving until he earned his position as a Senior Tailor.

His story reminds us that where you begin does not determine where you will end. With hard work, perseverance, and a strong purpose, growth is always possible.
