> Ordering Online
We will be posting products online, therefore you can download, share, like, talk and discuss the same on public. You can send us your offer thru pm or provide message using sm or social media and discuss agreed offered amount. In case you have some concerns you can e-mail us in our specific official e-mails address provided. By completing the negotiation between us and you as the [Customer/Online buyer], you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding agreement. Please note that products will not be sent/delivered until we have authorization from you. We will notify you if the items you purchased are ready to be delivered and in case there are delays on delivery you make sure you inform us or call our phone hotline numbers for confirmation and explain the cause of the situation and lastly we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized and confirmed from you behalf. We will call you for the confirmation of your orders before we deliver.
Certain steps must be followed before doing business with us, as described below.
> After you have placed your order:
You will receive a message from us thru pm or private message or an email to acknowledge your order. It will confirm which products you have ordered, but it may not constitute an acceptance of your order. You will be notified earlier.
We do not have to accept your order, and for example, we will not accept your order if:
• We do not have the products in stock
• Your payment is not authorized
• There is no clarity of both parties of the agreed amount to purchase the items/products
• You have canceled your order
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
> Returning products after sending
Each product sold in Pieces Online Store is guaranteed in good condition. If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it within 5 days, pls contact us for return of the payment price, as indicated in the guarantee otherwise more than 5 days upon received warranty will be forfeited.
