An order placed by our valued customers though our page, telephone, email, or other means of communications shall be subject to these terms and conditions. All other terms and condit
ions expressed or implied by statute or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. The words ‘you’ and ‘your’ used throughout these terms and conditions, refers to the buyer/client/customer. The words ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘us’ used throughout these terms and conditions refers to Momi Aubrey’s, the seller. INQUIRY
A. Send a sample photo or message the product’s design code (size and quantify if necessary)
B. If you prefer other design, send us your desired design and we’ll quote the price. Inform us also when you’ll be needing the item/s. PLACING OF ORDERS
A. Provide a list of orders and other details
1. Item, Size and Quantity
Note: Minimum order is 20 pcs per item.
2. Wordings (Name of Celebrant and Type of Occasion). For invitations, you may add other details. For gift boxes, wordings for lids, tags, centerpiece accordion, etc.
3. Theme/Motif. We recommend customers to send us sample photo/s for reference.
4. Shipping details

B. Invoice will be sent as soon as the list is provided
C. We request customers to place their orders at least 2 months lead time. We will also inform them of the next available schedule. If it’s a rush order, it’s our discretion if we’ll accommodate the request or not. We have the right to refuse orders that we cannot do due to fully booked schedule, or any request against our will. A. Layout is free of charge. B. Presentation of Drafts:
1. We always present draft/s before printing.
2. Presentation of drafts would be 5-7 days before shipping schedule.
3. We only allow 2 revisions only.
4. Typographical Errors are excluded in the revision count.
5. Once approved, it is considered final and ready for printing. All layout made by our company is our intellectual property. We have the right to post in our page and other means of advertisement. D. Privacy policy for customers
Customers are allowed to request if they want personal photos to be blurred. V. SHIPPING FEE, HANDLING FEE AND COURIERS
A. Shipping fee
The customer shoulders the shipping fee, insurance and other cost related to the delivery of the items. Handling Fee
We have the right to collect handling fee for meet ups within San Narciso Area only. Couriers
1. Available couriers:
a. Our trusted courier is LBC Express. They are one of the most reliable couriers in the Philippine. b. We only accept requests to use JRS Express if the shipping schedule falls on Saturdays.
2. Only the courier has the control on how many days the parcel would be delivered. You may track/trace your items on the courier’s website. VI. DISCOUNTS
A. Customers who will place their order 2 months before expected date to receive or earlier than 2 months can avail these discounts.
1. 50 pcs and up – 5% discount
2. 100 pcs and up – 10% discount
(Note: Discount rate is only up to 10% only)
B. Discount is applicable per item only. VII. PRODUCTION TIME
We give one (1) week work time (from layout to production and assembly). We will notify customer is we need to extend as long as there is available adjustment time before the event. VIII. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS AND REFUND
A. We only accept cancellation of orders within 3 days after payment is sent. After 3 days, we will purchase all the materials that will be used on the orders. Payment will be sent back through any remittance centers less the transfer fee. Photo of the refund will be sent through any means of communication. No Cancellation of orders after 3 days. Refund for damaged item/s. We assure that before shipping, all items are in very good condition. We also send photos of the finished orders before dropping to the shipping courier. For damaged items:
1. Take photo or video of the damage
2. For more than 2 damaged items, we do not accept photos that are taken individually. Wait 14 working days for the refund of the damaged items. We have the right to refuse for refund if it is customer inflicted damage based on the evidence presented.
