THIS IS SOCIALISM. this is our ration cards in Cuba. Yes, we still have these in Cuba. Every month the government would give us this card to go to the Bodega to get our food. Its one card per household and depending on how many people, they would give you your items.
In Cuba the monthly rations, per person
1. 5lbs of rice
2. 5 lbs of beans
3. One PIECE of chicken
4. 5-6 eggs (depending on scarcity)
5. 750g of cooking oil
6. 3 cups of coffee beans
Everything else blank is because the government no longer gives Cubans that.
Socialism isn’t social services. It’s economic dictatorship where the means of production are owned and distributed by the government. And governments can never be as great as a free market. Never.
This is socialism.
