A lot of beginners think:
“I need a client first.”
“But how can I get a client without experience?”
“And how can I get experience without a client?”
It feels like a never-ending circle.
But there’s a simple way out.

Want to be a video editor?
Mag edit ka ng video ng gusto mo na brand.
Want to be a graphic designer?
Gumawa ka ng 3 social media post ng isang imaginary business.
Want to be a copywriter?
Gumawa ka ng sample ad para sa isang product.
Want to be a web designer?
Gumawa ka ng website ng isang made-up business.
Nobody has to hire you first.
You can create proof of what you can do.
Your portfolio doesn't need to say:
“Look at all my clients.”
It can say:
“Look at what I can create.”
Start with 3–5 strong projects.
Ipakita mo yung mga work mo.
Explain mo kung anong ginawa mo.
Show the before and after when possible.
Then when someone asks,
“Have you done this before?”
You can say:
“Yes. Here’s my work.”
You don’t need a client to start building your portfolio.
Build the portfolio first.
Let the portfolio help you get the client.
