Here is the hard part nobody tells you when they sell you a website.
A website does not bring customers. Being found brings customers.
Think of it like a shop. You can rent a beautiful space, paint it, fill it with stock — but if it sits down an alley with no sign, nobody walks in. The shop is not the problem. Nobody knows it is there.
Same with a website. If Google does not understand what you sell and where you are, your site is that shop down the alley.
Making Google understand is a separate job. It is called Google visibility, or SEO. It means writing your pages so a search engine can read them, telling Google where your business is, and setting up your free Google Maps listing.
It is not magic and it is not expensive. It is just a step most people skip.
If your site has been quiet for months, this is usually why.
