Key Responsibilities:
โข Aggressively generate new business and close advertising sales
โข Pitch advertising solutions to brands, agencies, and decision-makers
โข Build, manage, and grow a strong client portfolio
โข Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
โข Prepare and present persuasive proposals and sales presentations
โข Follow up leads relentlessly and convert opportunities into revenue
โข Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
โข Stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings
Qualifications:
โข Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
โข Proven sales experience; advertising or media sales is a strong advantage
โข Strong negotiation and closing skills
โข Highly motivated, competitive, and results-oriented mindset
โข Comfortable with fieldwork, cold calls, and client meetings
โข Able to work under pressure and deliver results with minimal supervision
