*Graphic Designing
*Copywriting
*SEO
*Data Analysis
*Performance Marketing
*Content Creation
*Fb Ads or Tiktok Ads
*Website
They also say:
“Manage multiple platforms, stay on top of trends, and create viral campaigns”
Wait,
Are you hiring one person or an entire department this time?
Social Media Management is no longer a one-size-fits-all role. Expecting one individual to juggle all these tasks is setting them (and your business) up for failure.
You need to know that:
✨ Social Media Managers - Management
✨ Social Media Marketers - run ads and campaigns
✨ Content Creators - Creating engaging content
✨ Graphic Designers - Design etc.
Each role demands time, expertise, and focus.
