Please be advised that some online services are currently receiving increased outage/problem reports. Based on Downdetector and the reports shown in the attached screenshots, services such as Globe/Globe At Home, Mobile Legends, Roblox, GCash, Microsoft services, and others have shown spikes in user reports. Downdetector classifies these based on reports compared with normal levels.

Quick Tip: If your Hive-Link connection is active but only certain websites, games, apps, or online services are slow or inaccessible, the issue may be with the affected service or upstream network—not necessarily your local Hive-Link fiber connection.
