DIGITAL MARKETER

Responsibilities:
Advertising of the application in Facebook, other social media;
Marketing of influencers
Search for and work with bloggers and publics;
End-to-end web and application analytics, budget planning, monthly reporting;
Development, testing and analysis of the new advertising channels;
Work with the answers and messages from the group
Placement of positive reviews on various advertising platforms.

Requirements:
- Fluent English;
- Experience in managing advertising accounts on Facebook;
- Experience in working with Google Ads (web, application) will be a plus;
- Experience with targeted advertising, the availability of cases;
- Experience with questions from Facebook;
- Experience of posting positive reviews;
- The ability to optimize and redistribute marketing budgets;
- An experienced user of Excel / Google spreadsheets;
- Ability to verbally and visually present reports on advertising campaigns.

Specialist, Video Production (Video Editor)
Salary: PHP 25,000 - 29,000 per month

1 year or less experience and open to working from home.

Location: Work from Home

Mission of the role:
To perform video editing tasks, which includes making editorial decisions, filming, editing video, editing and mixing audio, chroma-keying and visual effects, motion graphics, color correction and finishing, with the ultimate goal of creating high converting videos.

Responsibilities:
1. Support video initiatives that supports business goals and objectives in order to drive improvement in conversion rates, cart value and customer experience.
2. Audio outsourcing and ensure the quality is up to standard.
Post-production of videos which includes video/audio editing, color grading, and motion design.
3. Edit videos for marketing and social assets to bring the brand story to life and maintain the brand tonality and look.
4. Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on pitch objective.
5. Assist with video production to ensure the right content is captured during production.
6. Collaborate with video producer, brand team and other key stakeholders to create video content.
7. Collaborate with other departments to constantly upgrade user experience.

Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Film, Sound and Video Production, or any other related field.
At least 1 year of proven experience as a video editor
Proficient in Adobe After Effects.
Familiarity with Creative Cloud suite.
Knowledge in storytelling and understanding of the post production process.
Strong project management skills.
Creative mindset.
Great interpersonal, communication skills and team player from home.

Job Summary:
Acadsoc is hiring home based online English tutors in the Philippines providing a lot of full-time and part-time online teaching jobs. To conduct 1-to-1 English classes for 25 mins to learners (K-12) from China. The tutors will teach from home, follow their shifts on the class table, teach online with provided materials, and submit class remarks after finishing every lesson. A competitive package is offered to the qualified candidates based on their overall teaching ability, lesson performance and educational background.

Position is open for part-timers.

Salary:

As someone who is working far from my family and close friends, the pandemic was something I am not prepared to experience alone. Five years ago, I took a leap of faith to work in a city far from what I call home, I was a fresh university graduate back then with dreams and ambitions that I will be someone someday, atleast thats what I thought. Living with asian families has a lot of downsides too, expectations and pressure. But this pandemic has opened my eyes on what is truly important - to be home with people who truly matters. Now, with my work at home job, I have the luxury to go back home to where my heart should be, not with the city lights and high rise building. So here is my story.
