The products and services offered by Obra Prints are for personal use only. You will comply with these Terms of Use and will not use these products and services or any related illegal communications in the form of unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail, " " spam, " " chain letters, "" pyramid schemes. request form. All graphics, designs and images must be provided in at least 300 DPI and CMYK color mode. Obra Print is not responsible for blurry, distorted or pixelated images printed due to low resolution graphics provided by the customer, especially if they have already been approved by the customer. Obra Print is also not responsible for color shifts that occur when converting from RGB to CMYK color mode. Graphic Design
and layout Services placing an order and using our graphic design services, you, the customer, agree that all designs made and changed by Obra Prints employees are the company's sole intellectual property. As a result, this artwork cannot be released to the customer unless there is a written agreement and payment made to Obra Print in exchange for the release of its intellectual property. ORDER RESPONSIBILITY
The customer is solely responsible for the final proofreading and approval of the layout prior to the printing process. Jobs that have been approved and/or submitted for printing cannot be changed or altered due to the nature of the printing process and no refunds will be given. Obra Prints shall NOT be LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons spelling errors, graphics, bleeds, grammar, corrupted fonts, punctuation, or miscuts. We are not responsible for any errors. Inaccurate or missing creases, die lines, crop marks, transparency, overprints, broken creases, finished product size, improper orientation or alignment. Job Cancellation & Printing Downgrade
A processing fee equal to 15% of the total order value (minimum 800) for order cancellations and print downgrades (quantity, paper, and shipping downgrades) if it is requested before sending to press will be billed. Once an order has been sent to the press and/or work has commenced, no changes can be made to the order (order cancellations and print downgrades are not permitted). No refunds. Limit of Liability
Customer must notify Obra Print within thirty (30) business days from the date of delivery or pick-up of any defects in the printed product. 100% of products must be returned to Obra Prints at the customer's expense within 30 days of the date of delivery or collection. If the complaint is validated, Obra Print will reprint the order and return it to the customer free of charge. Rush printing charges are non-refundable. Obra Print has no liability other than the price of the order. Errors for which we are not responsible include, but are not limited to, errors in spelling, graphics, grammar, punctuation, bleed, orientation / alignment, and customer-approved folding methods. We are not responsible for damaged fonts, miscuts, die lines, crop marks, transparencies, overprints, broken creases, or final product sizing as these discrepancies are inherent in the printing process. Any order placed through Obra Print is a contract between the customer placing the order at Obra Print. The fact that you have ordered on behalf of a third party does not absolve Obra Print from liability. A third party's decision not to accept printed products or to cancel your order does not affect your liability to Obra Print. SHIPPING
-Once a job is shipped, the shipping costs cannot be refunded.Obra Print is not liable and will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped.
-Please be aware that the transit time for shipment is calculated based on the number of business days and excludes weekends, holidays, and the day the package is picked up by couriers. The dates of arrival are simply estimates because they may be affected by unanticipated delays in transit.
-Obra Print is not responsible for shipping delays. We also do not update shipping methods to reflect missed delivery dates. Customers are responsible for changing the shipping method before shipping.If the package is not delivered due to the customer providing the incorrect shipping address, Obra Print will reship the package to the correct address and charge an additional non-refundable shipping / handling fee. Refund Policy
Every purchase is final. Once Obra Prints begins working on your order, no refunds will be issued because each order is customized based on your file and precise requirements. we may issue a partial refund, subject to the cancellation processing fees set forth in the paragraph above. However, working hours (proof, graphic design, etc .) or administrative costs (credit card fees, etc.) will be deducted from the refund amount. We cannot accept returns after 7 days from the order date. The
PAYMENT
-Cash basis is only applicable for walk-in store clients.
-All non-project-based orders must be due on receipt and must be paid full amount
-For custom projects, we require a 50% down payment as soon as the job is developed. If the project is cancelled, we may provide a partial refund . However, any work time (proofreading, graphic design, etc.) and materials used will be subtracted from the refund amountPrint jobs that are not 100% billed will only start on the billing date even if it the design is already approved by the customer.
-Once a print job has been approved by the customer, no changes can be made to the graphic file, job characteristics, or print duration. After a print job has been submitted to our manufacturing department, the customer is responsible for paying the total price of the print job and applicable shipping / handling charges, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
