▶️A. Basic Requirements:
1. Original Owner's Duplicate Copy of Title/E-cop
2. Original with Registry of Deeds stamped / Certified True Copy of Deed of Conveyance ( Deed of Sale, Donation, Extra Judicial Settlement, etc. )
3. Original & Certified True Copy of Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR) from the BIR ;
4. Real Property Tax Receipt for current year;
5. Transfer tax from the Provincial Treasury;
6. Transfer fee from the Municipal Treasury;
7. Certificate of Non-Improvement;
8. Valid ID of owner/s; ( any of the following : S.S.S, Company ID, Driver's License, PRC, Passport, GSIS, TIN Card )
***If representative, Special Power of Attorney (SPA) from the owner plus:
