On 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, we officially kicked off the 𝗣𝗜𝗜𝗗 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 with the 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 (𝗣𝗜𝗜𝗗).

The kickoff brought both teams together to align on the project's direction, establish the foundation for the initial phase, clarify responsibilities, and set the next steps for implementation.

We don't believe in introducing technology simply for the sake of having something new. We believe in first understanding what the organization needs, creating clarity around the work, and then using the right digital systems to support people and better processes.
