Here's what most people miss about Google Ads: throwing a wider net doesn't catch more buyers, it catches more tire-kickers. In 2023 this account was running broad-match keywords into generic landing pages. Plenty of clicks, 51 leads at $205 each, and a client who walked away frustrated.
