Just sharing something that might help fellow freelancers here

I recently got the Rising Talent badge on Upwork and since then, I’ve been receiving invites for interviews — kahit hindi ako actively nag-aapply.

At first, akala ko small thing lang siya, but turns out, this badge really helps your profile stand out. It shows clients that you're active, consistent, and have potential.

For those still working toward it, just keep improving your profile, stay active, and deliver quality work. Eventually, Upwork notices those things.

I’m not saying it’s magic, pero nakatulong talaga siya in getting me seen by more clients. So if you're feeling stuck, don’t give up. Small progress is still progress.

💻 VA Life: Akala Nila Madali Lang, Pero Ito ang Totoo 💯

Akala ng iba, pagiging Virtual Assistant ay madali lang — nasa bahay ka lang, may kape sa tabi, naka-pajama, tapos pera agad? 😅

Pero ang hindi nila alam…

❌ May mga rejections din. Minsan sunod-sunod pa.
❌ May clients na hindi mo maintindihan — demanding, paasa, minsan parang gusto lahat gawin mo kahit hindi na part ng role mo.
❌ Minsan kakagaling mo lang sa iyak ng anak mo, kailangan mo na ulit pumasok sa Zoom call with a smile.

Pero kahit ganun…

✅ I still show up.
✅ I learn from every “no” and turn it into a better “yes.”
✅ I work not just for income, but for freedom — para makasama ang pamilya habang kumikita.

🤱 As a working mom and a loving wife, hindi madali mag-balance — pero kaya.
Alam ko kung kailan mag-VA mode at kailan dapat VA (Very Available) kay baby at kay hubby. 😉❤️

Sa mga gustong pumasok sa VA world: Totoong may hirap. Pero kung may puso ka, disiplina, at grit - kayang-kaya. 😉
