FINAL ADVISORY TO ALL VALUED LOT OWNERS

Warm greetings from Glorious Resurrection Memorial Park Inc.

We wish to simply inform you that a storage fee will be implemented for all unclaimed owner’s copies of Certificates of Ownership (C.o.O.), as part of our efforts to allocate adequate space and resources for secure document storage.

Thus, we encourage all lot owners to claim their respective owner’s copy of certificates at the soonest possible time. A storage fee of One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 1,500.00) will be applied to each unclaimed owner’s certificate beyond the specified period, effective November 1, 2025.

To avoid incurring such charges, kindly take note of the following guidelines:

For C.o.O. issued in previous years up to 2020, you are given until March 31, 2026, to claim your C.o.O. (Owner’s copy).

For C.o.O. issued from 2021 and the most recent years up to date, you are given a period of 60 months (5 years) from the date of issuance to claim your C.o.O. (Owner’s copy).

We earnestly seek your cooperation in this matter to avoid any additional charges.
