Frequently asked questions:
Question: Can I still use my remaining Official Receipts after April 27, 2024
Answer: Yes you have two options:
1. Crossout the words Official Receipt and
stamp "INVOICE" and submit inventory
(see format) on or before May 27, 2024
2. Use it as suplementary document,
stamp below " Not valid for claiming input
vat" (you have to immediately apply for
printing of new "INVOICES")
Question: Can i just handwrite "INVOICE" over
crossed out Official Receipt?
Answer: No. What is required per regulations is
"Stamped". So order a rubber stamp for it.
It's more practical when you have
booklets of receipts to stamp.
Question: What invoice shall we stamp?
Answer: So long as their is the word "INVOICE" e.g
Sales Invoice, Service Invoice, Cash/
Charge Invoice etc.
Question: When is the deadline to convert/stamp
our remaining OR's with INVOICE?
Answer: May 27, 2024
Question: What if I fail to submit inventory of
remaining receipts on or before May 27
(did not apply for printing of Invoices
too)
Answer: You are in violation of Non-issuance of
receipts because your Official Receipts
already become suplementary receipts
