This Epson EcoTank Photo L8050 photo printer was brought to our shop by a customer from Talisay, Batangas. Thank you as well to our co-tech from Talisay, Batangas for recommending our shop for this kind of printer model and issue. 😊

According to Ma’am, the print output had line issues, and the yellow color could not be completed during the nozzle check, as shown in the picture below.

After inspecting the unit, we immediately explained the repair process and provided the repair cost quotation. We performed printerhead declogging using an ink solution and conducted a power ink flushing procedure.

After a few hours of testing and observation, the printer was successfully repaired — no need for expensive printerhead replacement or major parts replacement. 🙌

Our customer messaged us through Messenger and brought their laptop to our shop because the laptop screen was already loose and opening apart due to damaged hinges.

After inspection, we found that the hinge holder inside the laptop was already broken, and the screw supports were damaged because the hinges were too tight.

After a few hours of repair, the laptop was fixed and working smoothly again. No more cracking sounds or loose screen. 😊

One of my customer came to the shop because her Canon G2010 printer was producing poor color print quality even after multiple cleaning attempts.

After inspection, I found dirt on the encoder strip. I also refilled the ink and repaired the cartridge/printhead. Instead of buying a brand-new cartridge, we were able to restore the printer through proper maintenance.

This helped the customer save money since the unit was still repairable and didn’t need immediate replacement.

Printer Brother DCP-T310 "Print Unable 50"

A customer reported an issue where the printer shows “Print Unable 50” after printing around 30–50 copies.

Upon inspection, I cleaned the sensors and internal parts. Further diagnosis revealed a loose and cracked gear connected to the encoder Disk and disk sensor, which was causing the error.

The damaged gear assembly was repaired, and the printer is now fully operational. The unit has been successfully released to the customer and is now capable of handling long print jobs reliably.

Epson L3210 Printer – Paper Jam Issue Resolved 🤗

A customer visited our shop to have their Epson L3210 checked due to difficulty feeding paper during printing.

Upon inspection and diagnosis, we carefully disassembled the unit and discovered a pusher nail obstructing the paper path, which was causing the paper jam issue. After removing the obstruction, the paper feeding problem was successfully resolved.

However, during testing, we also noticed that the nozzle check result was poor. As part of our service, we performed a free cleaning of the printhead and reset the unit at no additional cost.

The printer is now fully functional, and the customer left satisfied and happy with the service.
