Guided by the Thomasian Core Values, the UST RCYC - CFAD Unit is geared up to serve and protect with Competence, Commitment, and Compassion. 🐯✨

We aim to develop the spirit of humanitarianism, social service, and volunteerism among Thomasian students by making use of our skills to protect life and dignity, and empower them to be leaders for social transformation.

Contentment is not about having much or little. It's about being fully convinced that in Christ we are sufficient. Christ's sufficiency gives us the strength to do all things that God has called us to do.

You can have the best of the world and still be empty. But you can have the worst of it all but still be filled with joy and strength because of Christ. 🙏

After 24 hours of fasting, finally! I get to eat. 😄 Fasting teaches us to patiently wait and appreciate the little things in life. And of all chicken chops, Chowking chicken chop with Asian BBQ sauce and egg fried rice is our favourite. 🥰
