History

Bluebean has been providing outsourced business process services to local and international clientele since 2006. They provide customized business solutions such as telemarketing, customer service, finance and accounting, technical support, credit verification and investigation, and data processing.

Operations commenced in October of 2006 and, shortly thereafter, the company successfully launched a customer service campaign for one of the biggest telecom companies in the Philippines. Within five years, other accounts were added to their portfolio, facilities were upgraded, and capacity expanded seven-fold as they continued to gain various new accounts.

Bluebeanโ€™s foundation has proven stable in overcoming challenges to a rapidly growing industry. For their reliability is not simply determined by the different elements that comprise the organization but by the groundwork from which they stand.
