Please be advised that we will be conducting a scheduled fiber maintenance activity as part of our ongoing network improvement program.

Maintenance Details:
Activity: Fiber Cut and Restoration
Date: March 7, 2026
Time: 09:00 AM-04:00 PM
Affected Area/Services: Alpaco, Balirong, Cabungahan, Cantao-an, Cogon, Jaguimit, Lutac, Pangdan, Patag, Tagjaguimit, Mainit and Naga

During this maintenance, customers may experience temporary service interruption or degraded connectivity. Our technical team will take all necessary steps to minimize downtime and ensure services are restored as quickly as possible.

We recommend that you take any necessary precautions to mitigate the impact during the scheduled maintenance period.
