The 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 (𝗖𝗕𝗘𝗔) proudly announces the list of 𝘽𝙎𝘽𝘼 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 first-year applicants who have successfully qualified for the interview.

All qualified applicants are required to submit two (2) copies of the following: one (1) original and one (1) photocopy.

• Proof of Parents’ Income
• Academic Records (Report Card or Form 137)
• PWD Card (required for Persons with Disabilities applicants)
• Certificate of Indigency (issued by the Barangay)
• OWWA Certification (required especially for applicants with OFW parents)
• NCIP Card (required for Indigenous Peoples applicants)

Please make sure to keep a personal copy of all documents for your reference.
