Talbo's Bakery - Since 1953 It is located at Sta. Teresita, Cagayan and was built in 1953. Florencio Talbo who were the first manager and baker of the bakery.

Talbo's bakery is one of the oldest bakery in the whole province of Cagayan and based on cultural mapping it is the only bakery that uses traditional method of cooking bread using so called PUGON in the whole Region 2. It was owned by Talbo family and is currently managed by Zeny Asuncion - the youngest daughter of Mr and Mrs. SPANISH BREAD, KABABAYAN and LAMBINGAN are the most favorite kinds of bread that theresianos commonly buy. Even though this does not use the modern type of cooking, the traditional form to bake and cook a bread of this old bakery makes it unique from other bakery in Cagayan.
