Job Title: Part Time Social Media Marketing Specialist
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Part Time Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead our digital engagement on Instagram and Facebook while integrating SEO and content strategies to attract and convert potential clients. This role is ideal for someone with deep cultural awareness, strong marketing instincts, and a passion for connecting people with mental health and therapeutic services. You will craft and implement strategic content, ads, and analytics to grow our online presence and attract diverse audiences aged 20–60, especially those who use insurance for therapy services.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with SEO initiatives to increase brand awareness, follower growth, engagement, and client acquisition.
• Create engaging, culturally relevant content (posts, stories, short videos, reels) that resonates with a wide demographic.
• Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and tracking ROI.
• Collaborate on SEO strategy to ensure website content, blogs, and social media posts are optimized for search visibility and engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, website traffic) and refine strategy.
• Design follower growth initiatives — contests, collaborations, influencer outreach, and community engagement tactics.
• Stay current on trends, best practices, and algorithm changes on social platforms and search engines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency, therapy compliance, and cohesive messaging.
• Support development of social content calendars, briefs, and campaign plans that integrate social media and SEO strategies.
• Monitor performance of ads running on social platforms (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions),
Qualifications
• Proven experience managing Instagram and Facebook marketing, preferably for service-oriented brands in wellness, healthcare, or nonprofit sectors.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and ability to integrate SEO strategy with social media campaigns.
• Deep cultural awareness and the ability to create content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Go High Level (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms) is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of therapy services, client acquisition, and insurance dynamics.
• Ability to interpret analytics and turn data into actionable marketing strategies.
• Exceptional written, visual, and storytelling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to grow followers and engagement organically and through paid campaigns.
• Comfortable working part-time with autonomy and strategic ownership.
