Christmas is celebrated every year on December 25. When we say christmas, christmas is the session of joy,peace, and happines. It is the special set aside to celebrate the birth of jesus christ. It is about sharing and helping others. Even before the month of december arrives, christmas song are already being played on the radio or in the malls. Christmas tree, lights, and decor are already sold in the market. This is how early the spirit of christmas can be felt in here. Christmas day is coming, everyone is getting ready,the festival of christmas is most awaited by children. They love celebrating the festival of christmas because they eagerly wait for the gifts given by the santa clause , and the others build their own christmas tree in their house,and their own christmas decorations in their house. Christmas bazaar is also popular in the town, where you can buy a lot of food like fishball, kwekwek, kikiam, barbecue etc and you can invite you friends or your whole family. Christmas for me is a colorful occasion,with the simple gift we give to the children, we can show our appreciation for the christmas celebration. Everyone has their own new year resolution,the new year resolution is useless if you don't keep it. Christians believe that jesus christ was born on this day and celebrate it to commemorate the birth of jesus christ. According to people's beliefs, jesus was the son of god. Visiting the church and lighting candles to worship jesus christ is one of the essential parts of christmas, not only christians but people of other religions also visit the church with friends and family, light candles, and enjoy watching the church's decorations, most of the time people are encouraged to participate in this series of "simbang gabi" because of the belief that if one completes the nine morning or nine evening of epiphany one wish shall be granted to them. And one of the most famous carols we have heard is "Jingle Bell, Jingle Bell, Jingle all the way". Christmas Break, the time of year everyone loves. It's, for children, the best holiday break. I am happy this coming christmas because i was able to see my cousins from far and we eat food and we played games ang exchanging gifts to each other, we celebrate it with happiness in our eyes.
