Sometimes I ask myself, am I just trying to be good so people will see me as good, or am I living out of the love Jesus has shown me? It’s easy to fall into the trap of doing things for recognition, but true goodness doesn’t come from appearances. It comes from a heart that’s been transformed by His love.

The Bible reminds us,
“We love because He first loved us.” 1 John 4:19. Our actions should flow from that love, not from pressure or performance.

“Why does God want us to worship Him?”

It’s a question many have asked, even philosophers like Nietzsche. To some, praise feels like a demand. But the truth is… once you truly understand what Jesus did on the cross, how much grace He poured out on people like us, praise becomes the most natural response.

It’s not forced.
It flows.
From a heart that’s been forgiven much.

Worship isn’t about stroking God’s ego.
It’s about realizing we’ve been saved from something we could never escape on our own.
And when that hits you… all you want to say is:
“Thank You, Lord. Hallelujah.”🤍

“Follow your heart.”
“Do what feels right.”
“Live your truth.”

But Galatians 5:13 reminds us:
Freedom in Christ is not a license to sin.
It’s a call to live in love, holiness, and purpose.

God’s mercy is deep, but it’s not an excuse.
Don’t blend in with a world that celebrates darkness.
You were set apart — now live like it.

“You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love.”

Sometimes, what we plan doesn’t go the way we imagined, and that’s okay.
Because God’s plans are always higher, better, and full of purpose.

Isaiah 55:8 reminds us:

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord.

Let’s stop wrestling for control and start resting in His will.
Surrender isn’t weakness, it’s the strongest thing you can do.

Some fathers loved quietly, through worn hands,
long hours, and sacrifices we didn’t always see.

They weren’t perfect.
But in their trying, we caught glimpses
of something greater,
a love that stayed, even when words failed.

And beyond them, there is a Father
whose love never faltered.
Never lacking. Never late. Never held back.

This Father’s Day, we honor the dads who gave what they could and the God who gave everything.

There’s something about stillness—about a lone tree standing in an open field or a quiet river winding through a valley—that reminds us we are not alone. In the chaos of life, when fear whispers and doubt rises, this verse anchors us: ‘Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid.’

It’s not blind faith. It’s the steady assurance that our strength doesn’t come from ourselves—it comes from the One who doesn’t change. The One who defends, who saves, and who sings over us with joy.

Even when everything around us shifts, He remains our firm ground. That’s why we can stand, breathe, and walk forward without fear.
