If you consider booking our services, below are the terms and conditions:
๐ Payment - A minimum of 50% down payment is required before the design design will be
processed. This is to avoid fraud or bogus clients. A receipt of the payment will be
sent right away. The design will have a huge watermark in the center when the final
payment has not been sent yet.
๐ Order Cancellation - Once an order has been placed and produced, the request for
cancellation will not be approved. Feel free to contact the page before the order is
processed and made.
๐ Refunds - Once the order is produced, refund is not possible for we will be asking
for your opinion and additions of the design before its finalized.
๐ Product - The design created will not be printed nor handed out as hard copy but
instead sent as a soft copy
As of now the payment method will only be online through G-Cash (The QR Code and G-Cash Account number will be sent directly for safety reasons.)
