πŸ’‘ Scenario # 02
You may have noticed how a products gets rank on 1000s of keywords even if it is not present in your listings front end or back-end.

πŸ‘‰ How does A9 work to define you product relevancy?
Amazon A9 search engine is considered to be the top notch shopping oriented search engine in the world. It is 3rd largest engine after Google and YouTube respectively.
When a buyer searches a specific product on Amazon. A9 starts looking for super relevant in the market to match with buyers' persona or query. The more your product is good at fulfilling A9's
criteria, the more you will discoverable. It is termed as product intents.

Intent Match Frequency:
The number of times your product matches with the buyer's intent and is made discoverable against it. It is defined as buyer intent match frequency.

Indexing: How does this happen you are made to be searchable against on 1000s of KWs on Amazon.
After you got to succeed in proving your product relevancy to A9. A9 starts comparing your product with other sellers present in the same niche or if I can say starts comparing you with your top competitor around in the circle. The all results in opening the your doors to 1000s other KWs. This is called product Indexing.

One thing to notice here is that Amazon is drastically shifting their customer experience to make it with buyers interest. There had been a time when KWs was king maker. But with the passage of time results have proven Relevancy is the real King maker.

Scenarios # 01
β–ͺ If you are facing inconsistent sales or Keywords indexing inconsistency in your listings on amazon.

πŸ’‘ Brief introduction to scenario: Many of the Amazon sellers have confronted a problem wherein they face sales inconsistency despite ranking on top of the positions against main keywords. They ask for help from some experts in their circles but hardly anyone of them got to unleash the exact reason behind it. Apart from this, there is no option left but hit and trial is. Lets discuss the root cause and solution in details.

πŸ‘‰ Step # 01 >>CHECK YOUR TITLE'S VERBIAGE
The most important step to look into is to revisit your title. Most of the sellers don't read the category style guide recommended by Amazon. When you try to go against norms declared by Amazon. You will face problems like this.

πŸ”° Step # 02 >>CHECK YOUR SUB-CATEGORY SELECTION
Category selection is the common most reason to sales inconsistency. There is common trends in training businesses like Pakistan whose sole purpose is to sell their courses. They train you to pick up a competitor and copy paste its category. No matter it is fulfilling Amazon norms or not.
Amazon has declared its Terms of services (TOS) for sellers. Until unless you are obeying TOS you will see good results.
Sub-category selection defines your product indexing on a particular set of keywords. If you are going against the governing principles of A9 algorithm designed by Amazon your will don't end up making fruitful results. They people who are following it will be eating fruits.

To be continued........!! πŸ™†

πŸ‘‡
Please approve this post. This is not a copied one!!

πŸ”° Black box a Treasure of Unique Product Ideas:
The motto of this post: Product hunters are struggling with product research based on new criteria especially for the UK market. I am sharing my experience how can we do optimal use of black box for hunting.

πŸ”° Product hunting:
Product hunting has always been a tiring task for any business you are looking to start with. But when it comes to online selling you can across a market that has over 350+ million products available for customers to shop from.
We can sell every product on amazon but this requires a lot of energy, money, and time to invest. what if we manage to find a product that has high demand and less competition that is what we call a winning product.

A winning product has pre-defined criteria to keep in mind while hunting product on amazon

πŸ”° Difficulties product researchers facing nowadays:
Enablers recently update their product hunting criteria for all markets. Products researchers are encountering major problems being unable to find a unique product, especially in the UK region.
The solution to the problem:
Having over a year of experience in product hunting has enriched me with ample knowledge to optimize ways of product hunting. I will share my experience and knowledge of how I managed to obtain maximum ideas from Black Box.
Black Box is a treasure of unique product ideas:
When a newbie starts hunting for the product for himself or for a client he starts with a black box. Almost 99% of sellers and VAs search products using H10. Professional usually don’t recommend this method as everyone starts getting product suggestions repeatedly after a specific trial. What if we manage to hunt a product doing optimum use of the black box.

πŸ”° How to get hundreds of product ideas using black Box?
Steps to follow!
β–ͺ️ Select β€œKeywords” in a black box
β–ͺ️ Just use search volume ranging like 8000 to 9000
β–ͺ️ Then a specific price ranges like 12 to 16 by selecting all the gated categories
β–ͺ️ Press filer and the number of results will appear. Now sort from revenue vise form high to low.
β–ͺ️ Start analyzing all the ideas with avg. revenue more than 5000 GPB

β–ͺ️ Note: repeat the same product for a price filter ranging from 16 to 24 by keeping the SV filter as it is.
Then repeat the result for 9000 – 10000, 10000 – 11000, 11000 – 11000, and so on.
This is a tested method!
You will surely have a lot of ideas comprising of many product golden products.
I will keep adding posts about product hunting in the future.
Please write down any queries in the comment section if you have about this post.

Happy product hunting ☺

AOA all,
Hope you all are fine and doing good!
Product life cycle

All those who are starting with Amazon journey must have a read to this post to how exactly the entire product life cycle works.
I will share a worth read about the importance of product life cycle and how can it explored through JS opportunity score.
Like every other product, each Amazon product has four stages in its life cycle.

πŸ’‘ Introduction - New to market: The product is completely new to the market and must create worth and value. Customer don't know either this product worth their money or not.

Challenges:
The primary challenge is convincing customers that the product is worth their money.
High risk products
Major marketing budget goes in creating the awareness to the potential customers that why the product is needed.

Advantages:
Successfully introducing a product makes you the originator (Primary Brand)
Typically low competition

πŸ‘‰ 2. Growth - Duplication: The product is being adopted and audience is increasingly aware of the the product.

Challenges:
Established audience but in search of quality. Customers are well aware of what they are looking for.
Re-sold by other supplier
Offer a high return: As product has well established audience. So, customers are in a search of which supplier offers the best deal.

Advantages:
Established audience
Low risk
High demand
Consistent growth

πŸ‘‰ 3. Maturity - Being Different: The product has entered the saturation stage. There are many retailers selling similar models or options. The Audience is aware of the product and its benefits, and marketing focuses primarily on differentiating from the competition. New colors, styles and features are often added during this stage.

Challenges:
High competition
Adding differentiation to your product

Advantages:
Medium risk products
Audience is ready to pay for your new design

πŸ’‘ 4. Decline - The product demand starts dropping, it is either no longer wanted or needed. This may be because of cultural perception or any other factor the product was replaced by a newer, or better idea.
Marketing expense will increase when you try to feed the customers with the old fashioned products when there is a better idea available in much cheaper price.

Which company will fall first, 5 Giants.
To begin with, a quick tour of the forces involved:

Facebook is the king of social networks with Facebook, WhatsApp, or Instagram.
Google is a hegemonic leader in the field of search engines. Google has been able to extend its empire in all the other areas that serve as a gateway to the Internet: OS for smartphones with Android, web browsers with Google Chrome, ChromeBook, ... Google continues to diversify in a whole bunch of areas with connected speakers, autonomous cars, ...
Apple which is the most capitalized company among these giants. Its success has mainly revolved around the sale of its iPhones and iPads for the past ten years. However, the firm led by Tim Cook has begun to diversify into services and this is starting to bear fruit.
Microsoft which is omnipresent in administrations with Windows, its Office suite, and its cloud solutions. Microsoft has begun a shift towards open source since the arrival of Satya Nadella. This is a huge success, and the comparison with Steve Ballmer, the former CEO, is totally to Satya Nadella's advantage. Microsoft also owns LinkedIn, GitHub, ...
Amazon, which is the world's leading e-commerce site and the most real-world presence among these giants with a huge supply chain that employs hundreds of thousands of employees worldwide. Amazon is also a giant of the cloud which is becoming the leader of the speakers connected with Alexa. Amazon has also entered the video streaming war against Netflix, Disney+ and Apple TV+.
These giants seem to be unstoppable today.

In history, however, we have seen rapid falls of companies that seemed untouchable.

So everything can go very fast.

The biggest risk for these companies is to be found on the side of the regulators who want to limit their power. In the European Union, the desire to dismantle Facebook or Google is often mentioned.

The Democrats in the United States have a similar will to limit the power of these giants, and to revive the innovation that these giants are phagocyting by buying up all the innovative startups that are growing and could potentially overshadow them in the future.

Among these 5 giants, the two most exposed are Facebook and Google.

I'll even put Facebook in the front line because the various scandals that have plagued Mark Zuckerberg's company in recent years make it an ideal target. If one of these giants has to be dismantled first, it will be Facebook.

Then comes Google, whose omnipresence is an embarrassment.

Microsoft and Apple are less troublesome. Their revenues are not directly linked to the exploitation of personal data. Microsoft has already resisted regulators in the past.

Apple has a strong community of supporters who will continue to buy its products no matter what. Its diversification in services is starting to pay off as well.

Nevertheless, Microsoft is better established in administrations with Windows, its Office suite, and its cloud offers. I think Microsoft is more likely to resist.

Finally, there is still Amazon. Amazon is also disturbing because Jeff Bezos' company imposes very difficult working conditions on its employees, while killing small businesses around the world.

The problem is that Amazon has a huge supply chain that is located in the real world. Amazon employs hundreds of thousands of employees around the world. Amazon employs a lot of low-skilled people who would be left without a solution if Amazon were to disappear.

Under these conditions, it will be difficult for governments to go after Amazon without causing a lot of social damage.

Taking all this into account, my conclusion is the following:

Facebook < Google < Apple < Microsoft < Amazon.
