Job description
We're looking for a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand our business with flexibility to work remotely as well as on-site.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for sourcing business leads from freelance platforms like Upwork, freelance.com, etc.
Identify and target high-potential freelance talent across various specializations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with freelance developers, designers, and other professionals.
Manage the entire lead generation process, from initial contact to project closure.
Qualify leads and assess their suitability for our projects.
Negotiate contracts and fees with freelance talent.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and project closure.
Support the sales team in closing deals with qualified leads.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or IT related field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Solid understanding of market research and data analysis
Ability to gather and analyze customer feedback and adjust strategy as needed
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software or other relevant tools.
Experience in the IT or BPO industry is a plus
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours
