VA is one of the lowest position in supply chain of amazon/ecommerce world. They can earn $200-$1000 per month depending on skills, efforts and energy. 80% usually try and fail. 20% succeed on their own with efforts and learning from different platforms and online sources.
It can never replace the giant software and development industry. It is just a hype created since too many trainers and coaching providers in market want to teach it. Software industry on the other hand is established and mature industry.
You cannot compare software vs VA just like we cannot compare Rikshaw driver job vs Uber job. People driving Uber, people driving rikshaw too. Similarly you will find people in software and many will struggle and try to make space in amazon space. Economic activity is there so people will try to make space wherever they can. Many will fail, many will succeed.
So don’t waste your time in this comparison or wondering about abandoning software and jumping onto amazon. Whatever works for you, do it. Whatever makes you happy, do it. If you see your future in software, go ahead. If you love this amazon eco system then try to make space. We all need to make space in any industry we tap in. There is no easy ride in any industry.
Programmers will never die no matter what. The world will continue making software and mobile apps. So this would be foolish to abandon everything just for sake of this hype of VA thing.
If you still want to jump into amazon then VA is just the beginning only. Real money is in business ownership, consultancy or real money creation through system. This training hype will die eventually and biggest ones will survive only.
