ذرائع کے مطابق جولائی 2025 سے اپریل 2026 تک سرکاری بجلی تقسیم کار کمپنیوں کے مجموعی نقصانات 226 ارب روپے تک پہنچ گئے۔

رپورٹ کے مطابق گزشتہ مالی سال کی اسی مدت کے مقابلے میں مجموعی نقصانات میں 66 ارب روپے کی کمی ریکارڈ کی گئی، جسے کارکردگی میں بہتری کے اشارے کے طور پر دیکھا جا رہا ہے۔

اعداد و شمار کے مطابق مجموعی نقصانات میں سے 169 ارب روپے بجلی چوری اور آپریشنل کمزوریوں سے متعلق تھے، جبکہ 57 ارب روپے کی رقم وصولیوں میں کمی اور عدم ادائیگیوں کی مد میں ریکارڈ کی گئی۔

توانائی شعبے کے ماہرین کے مطابق بجلی چوری کی روک تھام، ترسیلی نظام میں بہتری اور وصولیوں کے مؤثر نظام کے ذریعے نقصانات میں مزید کمی لائی جا سکتی ہے

گلگت بلتستان اسمبلی کے انتخابات میں کامیاب 4 آزاد امیدواروں نے Abdul Aleem Khan سے ملاقات کے دوران Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party میں شمولیت کا اعلان کیا۔

شامل ہونے والوں میں جی بی اے 15 دیامر سے محمد دلپذیر، جی بی اے 21 غذر 3 سے امان علی، جی بی اے 23 گانچھے سے انور علی اور جی بی اے 24 گانچھے 3 سے اسد شفیق شامل ہیں۔

محمد دلپذیر کے مطابق چاروں آزاد امیدواروں نے ایک گروپ کی صورت میں استحکام پاکستان پارٹی میں شمولیت اختیار کی ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ دیگر آزاد امیدواروں اور مجلس وحدت المسلمین کے منتخب اراکین سے بھی رابطے جاری ہیں۔

ان کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ مزید امیدواروں کو بھی پارٹی میں شمولیت کی دعوت دی جائے گی اور استحکام پاکستان پارٹی گلگت بلتستان اسمبلی میں ایک مضبوط سیاسی قوت کے طور پر سامنے آئے گی۔
