Yes.

There was a tripod and camera involved in that on the stunning mountain pass in the Karakoram Mountains that lead to The Khunjerab Pass. It’s at a height of 15,397 ft and situated on the southwestern border of China (Xinjiang).

The name Khunjerab is derived from two words of the local Wakhi Language, “khun” which means blood and “jerab” means a creek coming from a spring or waterfall.

Witnessing this stunning beauty of nature has been on my to do list for years and well, I ticked it off my list! And yes, it’s such a coincidence I’m blending into the scenery in the blues and white 😇💋

Yup. That’s me exuding positive energy :)

Ok. Ok. It just so happened that the sunlight touched the lens of my camera and voila! A rainbow appeared in the picture! Also, I’m really not going to get into the technicalities of it, therefore if you’d like, leave me a comment and I’ll elaborate 🙏🏻

This picture was taken atop the Altit Fort in Hunza. I’ve currently been overcoming my fear of heights to the hilt whilst roaming the streets of beautiful Hunza. Just a brief history, Altit Fort is unquestionably one of the greatest monuments of Gilgit Baltistan. Shikari Tower of Altit is almost 1000 years old, making it the oldest surviving standing structure in the Karakoram. Also, when you’re there, ask for Karim Bhai to give you a tour. He’s the best!
